Achieve Point ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Achieve Point mobile application (the "App"), why we collect it, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights in relation to that information.

We collect only the personal information necessary to operate the App and provide the services you request. This includes:

Password — securely stored (hashed) for authentication.
Profile photo — optional; uploaded by you from your device gallery.

We collect information that you provide directly when you create or update your account or use the App’s features (for example, by uploading a profile photo). We do not access your device photos unless you explicitly select a photo to upload.

We use the information we collect to:

Provide the core functionality of the App (profile management, account recovery, notifications).
Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
Improve and personalize the App’s features and user experience.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has an account, please contact us (see “Contact Us” below) to request deletion.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the App’s services, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request account deletion we will remove your personal data from active systems within a reasonable time, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain information.
